Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

βœ… Damaged or Defective Items – If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.
βœ… Wrong Item Received – If you received the wrong product, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
❌ Opened Products – Due to hygiene and product integrity, we do not accept returns on opened or used FreshMesh bottles.
βœ…Change of Mind – We currently do offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

At GASH Luxury, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your handbag, or if it arrives damaged, you may return it within 5 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@gashluxury.com within 5 days of receiving your handbag. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Provide Photos: Attach clear photos showing the damage or the reason for your dissatisfaction. This helps us understand the issue and process your return quickly.

  3. Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

  4. Return the Item: Please ensure the handbag is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, dust bags, and tags.

  5. Refund Process: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please Note:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way after delivery are not eligible for return.
  • Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged.
