1. Processing and Fulfilment Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time

  • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

3. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • Gash Luxury is not responsible for incorrect addresses leading to lost or delayed packages.

4. Delays & Unexpected Circumstances

  • While we aim for timely deliveries, unexpected factors such as courier delays or public holidays may affect shipping times.

5. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within South Africa.
